
Account & Data Deletion
Effective April 18, 2026
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request, what we will delete, and what we may retain.
1. How to request deletion
Send an email to sales@thelandscapesupply.net from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line “Account deletion request” and, if possible, your full name and business name so we can locate your records. We will confirm receipt within two (2) business days.
2. What we delete
Upon verifying your request, we will permanently delete from our active production systems: your profile (name, email, phone), your authentication credentials, your saved pickup locations, your device push tokens, and any photos you uploaded (such as ticket and drop-site photos).
3. What we may retain
We may retain a limited subset of information where required by law or legitimate business need, including: (a) transaction records (orders, bids, ratings) in anonymized form, with your personal identifiers replaced, for tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and fraud-prevention purposes; (b) information subject to an ongoing legal hold, investigation, or subpoena; and (c) backups that age out on our normal rotation schedule (up to 90 days).
4. Timeline
We will complete deletion of personal data from active systems within thirty (30) days of verifying your request. Backup purge completes within an additional sixty (60) days on our standard rotation.
5. Effect of deletion
After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in, bid, or place orders using the deleted account. Ratings, bids, and completed orders associated with the account will remain visible to counterparties and administrators in anonymized form for marketplace integrity, but will no longer be linked to you.
