This Privacy Policy describes how DD Services LLC, doing business as The Landscape Supply (“The Landscape Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information you provide during signup and profile setup: full name, business or yard name, email address, phone number, user role (yard, driver, or administrator), password (stored in hashed form), and billing and shipping addresses.
- Profile and truck photos. Profile photos are optional and only collected if you choose to upload one — you can use the Service without a profile photo, and you can remove an uploaded profile photo at any time from your account settings. Truck photos are used to help yards identify your equipment on pickup. We do not share profile photos with any third-party facial-recognition or AI identification service.
- Order content you submit to operate on the marketplace: pickup locations, material requests, bid amounts, delivery windows, chat messages, ticket and drop-site photos, and ratings and comments.
- Device push tokens generated by Apple or Google when you enable push notifications on a mobile device, used solely to deliver order-related alerts.
- Technical information automatically collected when you access the Service, such as IP address, device type, operating system, and basic log data used for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
We do not collect precise or approximate location from your device. We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or other financial credentials through the Service.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and secure your account and authenticate you across sessions.
- Operate the marketplace — match orders with eligible drivers, run bid windows, and deliver chats.
- Send you transactional push notifications, emails, and SMS related to your orders and account.
- Display ratings, reviews, and order history to relevant counterparties and administrators.
- Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve and maintain the Service, including diagnosing bugs and analyzing aggregated usage.
3. How we share information
We share information only as described below:
- With other users of the Service as required to operate the marketplace — for example, yards see bids and ratings submitted by drivers; drivers see orders, pickup locations, and yard information for orders they win.
- With service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (web hosting), Expo and its push-notification infrastructure (message relay to Apple and Google), Stripe (payment processing, Connect onboarding, and subscription billing), and email-delivery providers.
- With legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of any person.
- In a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with advertisers.

- Disable push notifications from your device settings at any time.
- Opt out of non-essential marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in those messages.
- Contact us at the address in Section 11 to exercise any applicable privacy rights under state or federal law.
