- I am operating my own business. I am not associated with, employed by, subcontracted to, or acting on behalf of The Landscape Supply, and I am not operating under its MC/DOT authority, insurance, or business license. The Landscape Supply did not sell me this load and is not brokering it.
- I am solely responsible for my truck, commercial auto and cargo insurance, DOT/MC authority, CDL, IFTA, hours-of-service, weight tickets, permits, and all other legal requirements applicable to motor carriers.
- Yards and quarries here are separate, independent businesses. When I haul a load posted on this platform, I am hauling for that yard — not for The Landscape Supply.
- Payment, load disputes, site damage, short loads, and material issues are solely between me, the yard, and the quarry.
- The Landscape Supply operates a separate rock-delivery business that may post loads here as an ordinary yard. My contract is with that yard account as a separate business, not with The Landscape Supply as platform operator.
