- In operating this platform, The Landscape Supply does not sell, transport, inspect, weigh, or deliver any material posted by other users.
- Drivers here are separate, independent businesses — not associated with, employed by, subcontracted to, or operating under The Landscape Supply's MC/DOT authority, insurance, or business license.
- Pricing, payment, material quality, weight, and delivery disputes are solely between me, the driver, and the quarry. The Landscape Supply doesn't hold funds or mediate disputes.
- The Landscape Supply does not verify drivers' insurance, DOT/MC authority, CDL, or equipment. I am responsible for vetting any driver I hire.
- The Landscape Supply operates a separate rock-delivery business that may post or haul loads here as an ordinary user, on the same terms as everyone else. Any transaction with that account is with the separate business, not the platform.
