How platform payments work
Off-platform is the default. Yards and drivers settle loads directly — by check, ACH, or whatever terms they already use. The Landscape Supply is not a party to those transactions and charges no fee.
On-platform payment is optional, offered as a convenience. When a yard picks it at order time, they can choose to pay at delivery, in 7 days, or in 30 days. The yard's saved card is charged on the scheduled date. Funds route directly to the driver's Stripe Connect account on Stripe's standard payout schedule.
Platform fee: 5% of the load total, applied only to on-platform payments. The Landscape Supply does not custody any user funds — the driver is the merchant of record for their load, and our 5% is collected directly by Stripe as an application fee. Drivers who use a factor (Triumph, Apex, etc.) can continue doing so by staying off-platform.
Monthly, no lock-in
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel in the Customer Portal any time — access continues through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds.
Taxes
Subscription prices are exclusive of sales tax. Stripe Tax calculates any applicable state sales tax at checkout. Load payments between yards and drivers are wholesale B2B and not taxed by the platform.
